A walk in the snow,
a lavendar bath,
bedtime tea,
a glass of wine,
positive self-talk,
a workout at the gym,
yoga breaths,
kitty hugs

nothing works

some things
just have to be
gotten through
before the fear
goes away

  1. Writing, creating, yelling, more creating…whatever it takes to help you get through it all. It’s never easy. Just breathe…one breathe at a time. This too shall pass.
