A hole in black tights
square on the back
of white knee
I didn’t know it was there
till, luckily, someone told me
I’d rather know
than go the whole day with
a big hole on the knee
like a mark of my
peasantry
it’s like when you were
in high school
wearing white pants
and nobody told you
all day
about the crimson stain
bitches
well, enough of that
I embrace the flawed nature
and splendor
of my suburban hobo-ness
I call it
urban peasant chic
The photograph does evoke many questions about this interesting looking woman. “Urban peasant” is a term I have not heard before. I fancy myself as a “Suburban pioneer”

Holes? I don’t see no steenkin’ holes! All I see is cuteness.
